CANCELLATION POLICY

At Ride2Repair, we recognize that circumstances may change, requiring you to cancel your service appointment. Our Cancellation Policy below outlines the terms for cancelling orders and any applicable fees.

Timeframe for Cancellation

You may cancel your service order up to 1 hour before the scheduled service time. Cancellations requested after this period may incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees

If you cancel your order after the 1-hour window prior to the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of Rs 199 will be charged. This fee helps cover the costs of reserving your service slot.

No-Shows

Customers who fail to attend their scheduled service without providing prior cancellation notice will be charged the full service fee.

This Cancellation Policy is effective as of February 1, 2023.
